1. Because we tend to be overly-sensitive, any attack on our personal style or creativity can make us shut down and get overwhelmed.
It isn’t because of anger, it’s more because we worked so hard to do whatever that we feel unappreciated in our efforts. Dismissing our work can make us feel worthless.
2. The what-ifs are enough to totally paralyze us. One of the more negative traits and characteristics of the Aquarius zodiac sign would definitely be our tendency to over-think the absolute hell out of things.
Sometimes we’ll find ourselves over analyzing things to the point where we’re incredibly stressed and anxious – only to find out later it wasn’t that big of a deal. Doesn’t change things; we still have to deal with the anxiety from it.
3. Asking for help can be one of the hardest things for an Aquarius. We’re fiercely independent and hate to rely on anyone, so when we struggle we’d rather do it in silence.
There comes a time when everyone needs help, though, so building up the courage to ask can ALSO induce a panic attack in even the most humble of Aquarius.
